This robust marine exhaust/water hose is fortified with 2 to 4 layers of synthetic cord and crafted from black, thick-walled synthetic rubber. Primarily employed for straight connections in wet exhaust systems and engine water circulation lines, it withstands engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater. It exceeds AEJ2006's ozone resistance requirements by double. The temperature range is -20F to +200F continuously, with +250F intermittently. It adheres to SAE J2006 Type R1 standards.
